Dr. Ullmann has retired from the university.  Dr. Ullmann engaged in litigation research specializing in pre-trial investigations leading to the discovery of the most effective strategies for trial.  One research project of particular note contributed to a jury award of $13.5 million for the plaintiff and the nomination of lead counsel for the National Trial Litigator of the Year Award.
