Take Exit 133B onto CA-180 East (towards Kings Canyon/Airport), keep left to merge

Take Exit 60A to merge onto CA-168 East (toward Clovis/Huntington Lake)

Take Exit 4 onto Shaw Avenue, turn left onto E Shaw Ave towards CSU Fresno

Turn right onto N Maple Ave

Take Exit 131 to merge onto CA-41 North (towards Yosemite)
