Christopher Moss, or simply "Moss" to his students, has a background in the business
world and taught middle school history before teaching at his alma mater. He has maintained
a strong connection to children's education as one of the instructors for the South
Valley Integrated Teacher Education Program (taught at Fresno State's Visalia campus) since
its inception and as the current associate director for the annual Peach Blossom Festival
of Oral Interpretation. Moss has been honored by his students with a brick on the
Kremen School of Education's Teachers and Friends of Education Honor Wall and at several
Most Valuable Professor events by various student-athletes. He also is a member of
the Lambda Pi Eta (ΛΠΗ) Communication honor society.
