Sean Ash Gordon (he/they) is Assistant Professor of American Literature with an emphasis on environmental colonialism and social justice at California State University, Fresno. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in spring 2021 and joined the English Department at Fresno State in fall 2022. Dr. Gordon has also taught courses in English and Communication at Keene State College.

Sean is the student advisor for the Fresno State chapter of Sigma Tau Delta and sits on the faculty advisory board for the Students of English Studies Association.
