Instructions for Graduate Hooding

Students receiving their Master’s Degree will be “hooded” during the Commencement ceremony two at a time.  When you go on stage you will notice there are two graduate advisors on stage.  Hand your card to the reader and proceed to the graduate advisor who is furthest away from the reader.  The next student will go to the first advisor.  After you have been hooded, the photographer will take a picture with you and the advisor, then you will exit the stage and return to your seat.
