Facilities
The Fresno State Music Department hosts events for performing groups within the department in the Concert Hall and Wahlberg Recital Hall. These facilities are available to the community when not being used by Fresno State. To rent these facilities please begin by checking the facilities calendar for availability. Reference the pricing page for rates to rent each facility.

Facility Rental
The Concert Hall and Wahlberg Recital Hall was built to service the needs of Fresno State students and its performing groups. However, the halls are available to the community when they are not being used by Fresno State. Below is the Technical Specification Form that will answer many questions about renting the facility. To book a performance date, first look at the online calendar to find a date that is available, then contact the Recording Arts Technician (José ElaGarza) at elagarza@mail.fresnostate.edu to discuss the details of your event. Return the completed Booking Forms along with the deposit to officially hold a date. The remaining balance and insurance information will be due on the day of the event.
